CGPT Flow — Terms of Service

These terms apply to CGPT Flow — the Toolvai Chrome extension that queues your image prompts and submits them, one after another, in your own ChatGPT account — and to the Toolvai account you use with it. They don't cover any other Toolvai product; each has its own terms.

1. What CGPT Flow is

CGPT Flow runs inside your browser and works the ChatGPT page on your behalf: it types your prompts, attaches your reference images, presses send, waits for each image, and saves the result. It does this using your own logged-in ChatGPT session, so you still need your own ChatGPT account.

CGPT Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. "ChatGPT" is a product of OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT through the extension is still subject to OpenAI's own terms, usage policies, and rate limits, which we don't control and can't override.

2. Your account and eligibility

You need a Toolvai account (email and password) to use CGPT Flow beyond the small allowance offered without one. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account — tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to create an account. You're also responsible for meeting OpenAI's eligibility requirements for your ChatGPT account — we don't control or verify those.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

• CGPT Flow is metered by credits. Each prompt the extension submits to ChatGPT uses credits from your balance, unless your plan is unlimited.
• New accounts receive free credits, as described when you sign up. Free credits have no cash value.
• Paid plans and credit packs are billed by our payment processor, Creem. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Subscription plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the extension; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• All sales are final. No refunds are available once a purchase is made, except where required by applicable law — including if ChatGPT changes its interface or policies in a way that affects the extension (see Section 6).
• Credits can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is terminated.
• A struck-through "original" price shown next to a plan is only a comparison. You are always charged the price shown at checkout.
• We may change plan prices or credit amounts at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only — they don't retroactively change what you already bought.
• If a payment fails or is charged back, we may suspend your account and any credits granted for that payment until it's resolved.
• Your plan allows a limited number of devices to be signed in at once. If you reach the limit, remove an old device from your account before adding a new one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CGPT Flow to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or that violates OpenAI's usage policies;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate credit accounting, device limits, or other metering controls;
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account or credits with people outside your own use, unless your plan explicitly allows it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension beyond what applicable law expressly permits;
• Use the extension in a way that places excessive automated load on ChatGPT, or attempts to evade OpenAI's rate limits or bot detection.

Prohibited Content

Toolvai prohibits the use of its products and services to create, automate, process, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit content, sexualized adult content, NSFW content, or any sexual content involving minors. Users may not use Toolvai to bypass, circumvent, or defeat the safety policies or content restrictions of ChatGPT or any other third-party AI service.

Breaching this section lets us suspend or end your access without notice or refund, and we will report content or conduct to the relevant authorities where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect a child. The Toolvai Terms of Service also apply to CGPT Flow.

5. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit and for the images ChatGPT generates from them. We don't review, moderate, or control that content — it's created inside your own ChatGPT account, under OpenAI's policies, not ours.

You agree to indemnify and hold Toolvai harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit or generate; your violation of these terms, OpenAI's policies, or applicable law; or your misuse of the extension.

6. ChatGPT can change, and CGPT Flow can be affected

CGPT Flow automates a page we don't own or operate. ChatGPT's interface, availability, output quality, and content policies can change at any time without notice, and may cause a batch to fail, pause, or need your attention partway through. We aim to detect and show these situations clearly rather than fail silently, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of a third-party product we don't control.

We don't guarantee that CGPT Flow will keep working if OpenAI changes ChatGPT's interface, policies, or access rules. If that happens we'll aim to release a fix where reasonably possible, but we make no promise of a timeline, and continued compatibility isn't guaranteed for any plan or subscription term.

7. Our intellectual property

CGPT Flow's code, branding, and logos are our property (or licensed to us) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose — they don't transfer any ownership or other rights to you. The images you generate belong to you as between you and us; your rights in them are governed by OpenAI's terms.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes to the service

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund of unused credits, if you violate these terms, we suspect fraud or abuse, a payment fails or is charged back, or we're required to by law. You may stop using CGPT Flow and request account deletion at any time; outstanding fees remain due.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue CGPT Flow, or any part of it, at any time — including shutting it down entirely — with or without notice, and without liability to you for doing so. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to give advance notice of a full shutdown so you can use remaining credits, but this isn't guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CGPT Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to CGPT Flow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Events outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control — including outages or policy changes at OpenAI or at our infrastructure providers, internet or infrastructure failures, or other events of a similar nature.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CGPT Flow changes. A material change will need your re-acceptance in the extension before you can check out again. Continued use after a non-material update means you accept the update.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable, or removed if it can't be. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Toolvai about CGPT Flow, replacing any earlier discussions or agreements on the same subject. We may transfer or assign these terms (for example, if Toolvai is acquired); you may not assign your account or rights under these terms without our consent.
